Holiday Villa to Rent in Estartit, Costa Brava (Sleeps 12)

This detached villa is situated on the outskirts of Estartit. A 10 minute walk brings you to the centre of the town and a further ten minutes to the superb sandy beach and harbour. Or you can drive to the beach in just a few minutes. Supermarkets and restaurants are within easy reach. Tennis courts and mini golf are nearby. The villa stands on an unmade road together with several other properties which is no through for vehicles. Pedestrians can however walk into town via this road/path. The two floors of the villa each have a self contained apartment with their own entrances. This makes them particularly attractive to 2 families or the larger party who want to be together whilst still having their own "space". The villa is usually let as one during the main summer months but can also be rented as two separate apartments at other times. The pool is then shared when the two parts of the house are rented separately.
