This magnificent townhouse is situated in the beautiful central square of the village of St Jean de Côle which is widely regarded as one of the loveliest villages in France. The main reception rooms are situated on either side of an imposing hallway which leads straight through to a walled garden with dining furniture. The magnificent grand salon adjoins the formal dining room and on the other side of the hall there is a second sitting room and a large, extremely well equipped kitchen. On the first floor there are four large bedrooms, two of which have en suite bathrooms and two sharing an interconnecting bathroom; an ideal arrangement for families. Two superb master suites have been created on the top floor, each of which has a seating area, attractive beamed ceilings and wooden flooring. The original beams of the house remain in the bedrooms and in the ensuite bathrooms which have fabulous jacuzzi baths, twin basins and large, separate showers.
