This cosy first floor apartment, built in the Moorish style, occupies a corner plot in this peaceful beach side development. The apartment is reached via an internal flight of stairs, and therefore those travelling with very young infants may not be suited to this apartment. The open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area have a dual aspect, making the whole area light and airy. There is air-conditioning fitted in the lounge. There are two bedrooms, a large double and a twin bedroom. The kitchen has an electric hob, a microwave oven, a combi oven, a fridge and a washing machine. The bathroom (which includes a bath with shower over) is accessed from the kitchen, and unusually the outside is reached through the bathroom. Once outside there is a large patio at this first floor level, with a shaded dining area, and sun beds provided. A flight of steps leads to a superb sun roof with 360 degree views of the sea and mountains.
