The ground floor has a kitchen, the open plan lounge and dining room. The kitchen is well equipped with an oven and hob, a microwave, washing machine and a large fridge freezer. The dining area seats six people, and opens onto the lounge area. Here you can relax on the large corner sofa and the house has satellite television and a DVD player. The lounge opens through wooden shutters onto a courtyard. This space is perfect for al fresco dining with a barbecue and outdoor furniture. A marble staircase leads to the first floor where there are two air-conditioned bedrooms and the family bathroom. Bedroom one has a double bed and balcony window. The family bathroom has a large corner bath, bidet, with a toilet and hand basin. Bedroom two has twin beds, and an en-suite shower room.
