This is a delightful apartment set just two minutes stroll from the beach in Villacana. The accommodation is all ground floor level, and can sleep up to four guests. It has an outlook over the main pool in this lovely beach side resort, with a view of the sea. The whole apartment was refurbished in Spring 2019 to create a bright and modern interior. The air-conditioned lounge and kitchen area is open plan. There are sleek white units in the kitchen, which has a microwave, a large fridge freezer, a washing machine, and an electric oven and hob. The lounge has a feature fire place and a large television. A comfortable sofa bed provides sleeping space for two guests. There is a door from the kitchen onto a large area of grass, with hedging planted around. This is a perfect spot to relax and catch the sun. The air-conditioned bedroom has twin beds which can also be made up as a double bed.

Large patio doors open onto an enclosed courtyard ideal for private outdoor dining. Between the lounge and the bedroom is the modern shower room, with a large walk in shower unit. The lawn extends from here to behind the bedroom. The bedroom and shower area are accessed via a small hallway from the open plan space. The bedroom has twin beds (which can be joined as a double bed) and space for a cot. It also has air-conditioning. It has a door out onto the garden.
