Small complex of three holiday villas, 200m from the sea, in the Pefkos region of Lindos. The villas are new-built and luxuriously furnished to high standards and they have swimming pool, patio, wide verandas and terraces and are surrounded by a beautiful Mediterranean garden. There are two types of villas: The first, (Garden Villa or Sea View Villa) has two bedrooms, two bathrooms (the one with Jacuzzi), living room and kitchen and can sleep up to six. The second, (Superior Villa), has four bedrooms, two bathrooms with Jacuzzi and two more with bath tub and shower, two living rooms and two separate kitchens. Superior Villa can be converted into two independent two-bedroom villas, each with its own living room and kitchen and two bathrooms, simply by shutting an internal double safety door. This is an ideal solution for two families going on holidays together, but still seeking autonomy. Living rooms: are comfortable and equipped with brand-new sofas that can be converted into a double bed to sleep two more. All have LCD HD TV sets with satellite and air conditioners (use of a/c is included in the price). The living room opens to the kitchen and an internal staircase leads to the bedrooms. Upper-floor living rooms have wide verandas overlooking the patio and beautiful sea-views. Furniture is of the highest standards and specially selected to create an atmosphere of intimacy and familiarity for moments of warmth and relaxation. Bedrooms: In Sea View Villa and in Garden Villa, there is one bedroom with double bed and one with twin bed. Superior Villa has two bedrooms with double bed and one two with twin beds. The brand-new mattresses provide maximum comfort. Safes in each bedroom keep your valuables secure. There are spacious fitted wardrobes and a hairdryer in each room. All bedrooms are equipped with LCD HD TV sets with satellite. Linen is changed twice a week, while there are more bed sheets and duvet covers for you to change as often as you wish, free of charge. Bathrooms: All villas have modern design bathrooms on each floor. Garden Villa has two bathrooms, the one with Jacuzzi. Sea View Villa has one bathroom with shower and one with Jacuzzi. Superior Villa has two bathrooms equipped with Jacuzzi, one with shower and one with bathtub. Kitchens: are fully equipped with cooker and oven, a large fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, grill/sandwich maker and blender. There is a full set of cutlery, cooking utensils and glassware. There is also a cleaner's room in each villa, equipped with washing machine, iron, ironing board, first aid kit and sewing box.
