Penthouse holiday apartment at the Mar D'or apartment complex in Estartit. 1st floor consists of an american style kitchen with living and dining area leading onto a balcony (some pool facing some not please ask at time of booking). 1 twin or double bedroom - please ask at time of booking if you have particular requirements. 1 small bedroom with access from sliding doors in living room (some apartments have twin beds, others have a double sofa bed.) Main bathroom with jacuzzi bath. A spiral staircase leads to the second level. 2nd floor: 1 shower room 1 large twin bedroom or double bedroom leading onto the roof terrace (some pool facing some not please ask at time of booking). (Air conditioning available in some apartments please ask at time of booking. Bedding and towels are included for up to 6 sharing. For extra people sharing there is a charge of 8 euros per person per week. Private underground parking is an optional extra and must be pre-booked. We have 3 different styles of 3 bedroom penthouse apartments available, furnishings may differ slightly. The magnificent well kept communal pool and garden area is situated in the centre of the complex and only accessible from inside. The 450 m2 pool features a small bridge and varying depths. There is also a small separate shallow children's pool. These are surrounded by a grassed area with sunbeds, making a very relaxing but also fun family atmosphere. Situated only 500 m from the beach and within easy walking distance to bars, restaurants and shops.
