Throughout the property there is both hot and cold air-conditioning to make your stay perfect whatever the weather. Outside the property has 3000m2 plot which has palm and fruit trees. The private swimming pool measures 10m by 5 m and is next to the huge terrace which runs the length of the villa. The terrace has a dining table and chairs and also sofas to enjoy the brilliant Andalucian sunshine. The large lounge dining area has plenty of seating for up to 8 guests and has satellite TV, DVD player and CD player with library of CD's. The kitchen has been finished to a very high standard and has all the modern conveniences such as dishwasher, oven, microwave, American fridge freezer, wine fridge and a breakfast bar. There is also a separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. There are 3 double bedrooms and a twin bedroom, also in one of the bedrooms is a full sized cot for the younger guests.
