Website Use - Terms and Conditions

In the following terms, proprietor/agent - means the property owners, property agents, property management companies and travel agencies. Visitors/guests - means the person who will be renting and staying at the property (the holiday maker). Complete Holidays is the online advertising platform.

1.) Complete Holidays is an online advertising platform for owners, property agents, property management companies and travel agencies accommodations. Visitors to the website can view the accommodation listings and request availability and prices. The initial provision and prices and availability is a free service we provide to our visitors. In the event that a visitor wishes to make a reservation, the visitor will do so by entering into a direct (legally binding) contractual relationship with the accommodation provider. From the point at which you make your reservation, we act solely as an intermediary between you and the accommodation provider, transmitting the details of your reservation request to the relevant accommodation provider and on some occasions sending you a confirmation email for and on behalf of the accommodation provider.

2.) By using this website you understand and agree that the site is merely an advertising platform that enables you the user to connect and make initial enquiries with property agents and owners. Complete Holidays is not itself a party to any rental transaction and disclaims all liability arising from or related to any such transactions to the fullest extent permitted by law. Complete Holidays solely facilitates the availability of the site and services for the user and to provide certain services related thereto. We do not purchase, buy-in, own, sell, provide, furnish, rent, sublet, control or manage nor can We contract in our own name for the provision of any holiday rental property listed on the Site nor other properties including, but not limited to, hotel rooms, nor any related transportation or travel services. We are not supplying and cannot supply such accommodation or services to Guests.

3.) While we endeavour to ensure that rental properties are advertised truthfully, fairly and accurately and we take reasonable steps to remove advertisements from our site following any complaint from a holidaymaker or another advertiser, we have no control over the accuracy of any advertisement, text or photos supplied. We assume no liability in respect of the condition of any listed property on our Site. As stated in our Terms of Use, Complete Holidays does not make any recommendations or endorsements of listed properties. We cannot and have any control over the conduct proprietors/agents or visitors/guests or the content contained in any listings on our Site or the condition or suitability of any listings and listed properties. Complete Holidays cannot accept any liability arising from the listing and provision of any accommodation or holiday rental offered by proprietors/agents for errors or omissions in the descriptions and any bookings will be made at a visitors/guests own risk.

4.) Once your booking is confirmed, your contract or rental agreement will be directly with the owner/agent of the property and your booking will abide by the owners/agents requirements/procedures/terms and conditions. A binding contract comes into existence when the deposit payment is paid.

5.) In a very small number of circumstances we may provide a platform for payments between the guest and the proprietor/agent. This means that the guest will use the payment platform to transfer a deposit and/or balance payment for their rental, these payments will then be forwarded to the proprietor/agent. If this is the case the booking legal contract / booking terms and conditions remains between the guest and the proprietor/agent. Complete Holidays act solely as an intermediary between the guest and the accommodation provider. Any claims arising out of your stay in the accommodation must be brought against the proprietor/agent of the accommodation concerned and not against Complete Holidays. By using the payment platform you agree to the whole of Section 5 of these terms.

6.) Rental transactions are only binding among the concerned guest and host, who are both solely and entirely responsible for their performance and Complete Holidays disclaims all liability arising from or in connection with such transactions.

7.) Any claim for damages, injury, etc arising out of your stay in the accommodation must be brought against the proprietor/agent of the accommodation concerned and not against Complete Holidays. Any other issues, claims for refund, etc in reference to your holiday or the accommodation must also be taken up with the owner/agent with whom you have paid for your holiday and with whom you have a booking contract. Not with Complete Holidays who act as advertising agent for the property.

Travel Insurance

It is important that you remember to arrange your own travel insurance policy for your holiday. Please ensure all party members are appropriately insured and to arrange additional cover where necessary. Please read your Travel Insurance Policy and take it with you.
