The uncrowded beach is a few moments stroll through the development, making this an ideal spot for up to four guests. The accommodation is on two levels. Downstairs the living space is open plan. The well fitted kitchen has a dishwasher, washing and drying machines, a fridge freezer, and an electric oven and hob. There is an adjacent dining area and a comfortable lounge. Television, a CD and DVD player and WiFi is provided. There is a smart feature electric fire, plus underfloor heating. Integral air-conditioning ensures comfortable temperatures at any time of the year.

Upstairs are two bedrooms, which also benefit from the air-conditioning. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room, and the twin bedroom has the use of the family bathroom, including a full bath with shower above. Both the bath and shower facilities have underfloor heating. Outside is reached through shuttered doors from the living area. There is space for a dining table and chairs, and this area has an open outlook over the pool and grassy surround, and some of well maintained gardens. The pool is protected by a glass screen. The aspect is west facing so there is plenty of sunshine available. This is no smoking permitted in this house.
