It benefits from a private south-facing garden along with a ‘wrap around’ upstairs terrace and secluded balcony. Perfect for couples or families, it’s comfortably furnished and well-cared for, with all the little touches you’d expect from a villa where the owners visit frequently, including hi-speed WiFi. The house is close to the small ‘Eva’ pool and less than 3 minutes walk to the main pool area with access to the beach. Suitable for use all year round, both bedrooms have air-conditioning, which are also efficient heaters in the winter. There are additional wall heaters for the winter and fans for the summer. The ground floor consists of an open plan kitchen/diner/living room and the en-suite master bedroom, both with access to the garden.

The kitchen is modern and fully fitted, with a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, washing machine, full sized oven and four-ring hob. An iron, toaster, juicer, sandwich maker, food mixer and kettle are provided and there are ample cooking utensils. A dining table and chairs cater for indoor eating, but for al fresco meals, glass patio doors open onto a patio leading onto the lawn. An outdoor table, chairs and sun beds are provided and the garden has a small gate meaning it is safe for small children and provides a personal area for sunbathing throughout the year. The living room has an open fireplace and two comfortable sofas. The house is supplied with free fibre broadband which provides fast internet access via WiFi. A large flat-screen digital television provides many foreign and UK television stations through both the Community TV system and the internet. There is also a DVD player and a music system providing, radio, CD player and MP3 input. The master bedroom has a double bed and modern full en-suite bathroom with a WC, bath and separate shower. Adjoining the bathroom is a washing area with hand basin, mirror and shaver socket. This bedroom has patio doors giving access to the private garden. First floor: Upon ascending the stairs you enter the second bedroom, a twin room with en-suite shower room and access to the terrace and balcony. The en-suite has a shower, hand basin, WC and shaver socket. The bedroom is light and bright and has patio doors leading to a small south-facing balcony. A separate door leads to an extensive L-shaped first floor terrace with south and west aspects. This terrace takes full advantage of both winter and summer sun, and is equipped with sunbeds, table, chairs and parasol. An iPhone docking station/radio is provided in the room.
