Modern bi-fold doors open across the rear of the house giving access to the patio and garden, with two steps leading directly down to the swimming pool area.

The doors are a double layer of fittings, offering both double glazed doors, and secure outer louvred doors for further privacy. At night gates to the pool area are locked, and swimming ceases once it is dark. Upstairs are two bedrooms, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, which can be made up as a super king size bed. The master bedroom enjoys views over the pool through full length louvred doors, which open onto a Juliet balcony. The modern en-suite bathroom has a shower over the bath. There is a television in this bedroom. The twin bedroom has a modern en-suite shower room. The house sits in a sheltered corner position and outside there is ample space for sunbeds and dining al-fresco. This is a non-smoking house, and pets are not permitted. A deposit of £200 will be requested with your final payment, refundable in full once the property is inspected and found to be undamaged.
