Presa de Moura is a recently completed, small development of luxury townhouses and villas, set in luxuriant grounds around a large communal swimming pool on a wooded hillside, with magnificent views towards the sea. Just outside the small village of Sesmarias (with a small selection of shops and cafes) and 5 km from both the beaches of Carvoeiro and the town of Lagoa, it offers excellent amenities for a top quality, relaxing holiday. The nearest beach is at Ferragudo, Praia dos Caneiros, just 5 min drive away. As well as the large pool and children’s pool bordered by sun terraces, there is also a children’s playground, a gym, steam room, Jacuzzi, mini putting green and badminton court for guests’ use. There is a reception (with internet terminal and DVD/book library) during the day time as well as a 24 hour security service. There is also a café and restaurant next door to reception.
